Dublin, 4 April 1932

1. The Oath of Allegiance

The President submitted draft of a reply which he in his capacity as Minister for External Affairs proposed to send to the despatch received from Mr. J.H. Thomas, Secretary of State for Dominion Affairs.

Some verbal changes were agreed on and the President authorised to issue the reply to Mr. Thomas on April 5th.
