ITALY AND THE SAORSTÁT: Exchange of Diplomatic relations.

  1. Italian Legation at Dublin
    The establishment of an Italian Legation at Dublin and the appointment thereto of Signor Romano Lodi Fé as Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary was approved.
  2. Saorstát Legation at Rome.
    The creation of a Saorstát Legation at Rome and the appointment thereto of an Envoy Extraordinary and Minister Plenipotentiary was approved.
