Belligerent Naval Craft: Draft Communication
Consideration was given to a draft communication to belligerent Governments regarding the position of their naval and air craft, submitted by the Minister for External Affairs.1
General approval was given to the draft subject to any drafting amendments that may be decided upon by the Minister for External Affairs.
