Arrangements made send hospital unit equipment direct to Granville by Wexford Steamship vessel Menapia August tenth. Red Cross have asked French Red Cross confirm that port facilities Granville adequate for Menapia 1,000 tons draught 14 feet also that equipment can be forwarded by rail from port to St. Lô. Grateful if you could get this information as no reply yet from French Society.
McKinney, Thompson and Sam Beckett travelling Paris August ninth. French Red Cross have been asked meet them and reserve accommodation. Rest of unit will probably follow end of month.
