Pacific Settlement of International Disputes
The Minister for External Affairs was authorised to arrange for accession on behalf of Saorstát Éireann to the General Act for the Pacific Settlement of International Disputes, the accession to be in the name of the King, to be in respect of all four chapters of the Act and to be without reservation; and for that purpose to make the necessary submissions to both Houses of the Oireachtas.1
