9. Lough Foyle

It was decided that Mr. Hearne, Legal Adviser of the Department of External Affairs, should go to London to discuss the situation on Lough Foyle with representatives of the British Dominions Office and that he receive instructions beforehand from the President and Attorney General as to proposals for a modus vivendi, pending a definite settlement of the matters in dispute.
