1. Payments To Great Britain: Payment into Suspense Accounts

The creation of special Suspense Accounts for the reception of moneys in respect of payments claimed by Great Britain was formally approved and it was directed that all sums accruing in respect of such payments should, pending further consideration in the light of developments, be lodged to the credit of these special accounts.
