2. Revolution in Spain: Non-intervention by other countries
The President reported that on the 13th August the French Minister had communicated to him the draft of a declaration suggested by the French Government concerning non-intervention in the internal affairs of Spain, and that he had caused the French Minister to be informed that the Government of Saorstát Éireann agreed in principle with the terms of the declaration.
The President's report was approved.

The international network of Editors of Diplomatic Documents was founded in 1988. Delegations from different parts of the world met for the first time in London in 1989.
