Following for Prime Minister from President of the Executive Council. I have today sent telegram to His Majesty the King as follows. Begins: I beg to advise Your Majesty to be so good as to communicate direct to me whatever decision you may come to. In the event of any instrument being executed by Your Majesty in furtherance of any decision at which you may arrive I further advise Your Majesty to send to me direct a signed duplicate of such instrument. Ends.
