I shall be glad to be informed what attitude I am to adopt towards 'the Chargé d'Affaires of Spain' who has announced to me his reception by the Cardinal Secretary of State and his presentation of his Letter of Credence.
I do not see how I can acknowledge this communication at all in view of our relations with the Valencia Government.
