AIR NAVIGATION: Arrangements with the United States
The President, as Minister for External Affairs, submitted for consideration the text of a proposed reciprocal Arrangement to be made between Saorstát Éireann and the United States of America, to govern the operation of civil air craft of the one country in the other, pending the conclusion of a Convention between the two countries.
The intention was that the Arrangement should come into force on the 27th November, 1937.
The Arrangement was approved.
The Royal Irish Academy's Documents on Irish Foreign Policy series has published an eBook of confidential correspondence on the 1921 Anglo-Irish Treaty negotiations.
The international network of Editors of Diplomatic Documents was founded in 1988. Delegations from different parts of the world met for the first time in London in 1989.
