AGREEMENTS WITH BRITISH GOVERNMENT: Consequential Legislation
It was agreed that a resolution should be introduced in the Seanad asking the concurrence of that House, in accordance with the provisions of subsection 2 of section 2 of Article 25 of the Constitution, in a request by the Government to the Presidential Commission to sign each of the under-mentioned Bills as soon as may be after it shall have been presented for signature.
It was also agreed that in the event of the concurrence of the Seanad being secured, the Presidential Commission should be asked to sign each of the Bills in question as soon as may be after it shall have been presented for signature.
