OFFER BY THE EARL OF IVEAGH OF NO. 80, ST. STEPHEN'S GREEN
It was decided to accept the offer made in the Earl of Iveagh's letter of the 4th May, 1939, of his property at No. 80, St. Stephen's Green, subject to the existing head rents and to the firm condition that the open space should be left as such except in so far as the frontage on Hatch Street may be required for the enlargement of the National University.
