Re Appointment of Irish Rep[resentatives] abroad.
I don't know whether the High Com[missioner] is aware of the position of
these Rep[resentative]s abroad. If not you will have to consider going over &
personally seeing [the] Duke & giving [the] High Com[missioner] all the
information at your disposal.
This is a business which requires careful handling. These2 Reps are generally poor stuff & while our national position must be safeguarded we can't have them making a mess of things.
