So far as we know the Treaty has not been registered with the League of Nations. The question of an application by us to have it registered is closely involved in the question of our membership of the League.
The question of its being incumbent upon the British Govt to present the Treaty for registration is one between the British Govt & the League & we do not propose to invite a justified rebuff by making representations to the British Govt on the matter.

The international network of Editors of Diplomatic Documents was founded in 1988. Delegations from different parts of the world met for the first time in London in 1989.
