Consideration was given to a memorandum dated 30th November, 1945, submitted by the Minister for Justice, relative to the admission of refugees from the Continent.1 It was decided that the various matters arising in connection with the question of the admission of refugees from the Continent should be discussed by the Taoiseach and the Minister for Justice with representatives of the Departments of External Affairs, Industry and Commerce and Justice.

The international network of Editors of Diplomatic Documents was founded in 1988. Delegations from different parts of the world met for the first time in London in 1989.
