It was decided to accept the invitation, conveyed by the British and French Governments as the convening powers, to be represented at the Conference on European Economic Co-Operation, which is to meet at Paris on the 15th March, 1948. It was also decided that the Minister for External Affairs should attend the Conference on behalf of the Government, accompanied by the Secretary of the Department of External Affairs.
The Royal Irish Academy's Documents on Irish Foreign Policy series has published an eBook of confidential correspondence on the 1921 Anglo-Irish Treaty negotiations.
The international network of Editors of Diplomatic Documents was founded in 1988. Delegations from different parts of the world met for the first time in London in 1989.
