The Taoiseach brought to the notice of the Government a communication which was handed to him by the British Representative in Dublin on the 7th October, 1948, on the subject of the proposed repeal of the Executive Authority (External Relations) Act, 1936. A copy of the communication appears in the annexed Schedule A.1 A reply in the terms of the annexed Schedule B,2 to be handed to the British Representative by the Minister of External Affairs, was approved.
