On behalf of myself and my colleagues I wish to thank you most sincerely for your cable of good wishes on the occasion of the All-Party Conference at the Mansion House.2 The enthusiastic support for this initiative received from our friends all over the world is a great help and encouragement. I am convinced that a really united and determined drive by the Irish at home and abroad can bring to an end the injustice of Partition.

The international network of Editors of Diplomatic Documents was founded in 1988. Delegations from different parts of the world met for the first time in London in 1989.
