Luckily I got a copy of the Connolly Association pamphlet. As you will see there is little doctrinal material therein but one never knows the day they would use it - the Resolution on p. 14 itself shows their colour. I'd be glad though if I could have permission to keep an eye on this association's literature.

The international network of Editors of Diplomatic Documents was founded in 1988. Delegations from different parts of the world met for the first time in London in 1989.
