I am directed by the Minister to inform you that, last month, the Department of Justice sought the views of this Department on the question of Otto Strasser being allowed to land in this country in future. This Department, after careful consideration of all the circumstances involved, recommended that this alien should not be given permission to land here. The Department of Justice accepted the recommendation and have taken the necessary steps to that end.

The international network of Editors of Diplomatic Documents was founded in 1988. Delegations from different parts of the world met for the first time in London in 1989.
