We were all delighted here to read of the phenomenal success of the Minister’s splendid speech.1 The reactions here from those who read the speech or that portion of it that was published in the New York Times of Saturday the 1st December were similar to those who had the privilege of hearing the Minister in the Assembly itself. Heartiest congratulations to you all on the Delegation on this historic reentry of our country into the Society of Nations.
