Statute For The Permanent Court Of International Justice - Optional clause
It was agreed that, subject to the concurrence of the Minister for External Affairs, steps should be taken forthwith to make on behalf of Saorstát Éireann the declaration provided for in Article 36 of the Statute for the Permanent Court of International Justice which was signed at Geneva on the 6th December, 1920, and that this view should be conveyed to the Minister for External Affairs who was absent from the meeting.
