Your 152.1 Very glad you succeeded in getting to Paris. Are Legation premises and contents intact? How many Irish citizens approximately will need help. Approve issue of substitute documents. Would it help if we asked German Government to give you special facilities to deal with our citizens in occupied area. Please let me know before you leave for Paris again.
