View generally held here that Wexford bombing due to navigational error on part of pilot. Conclusions of press leaders referred to in your 195 and 1991 are completely unwarranted. Similar violation of neutrality with loss of life occurred in Denmark in September and in Switzerland in June former by British latter by French. We are seeking apology and reparation from German Government. Better avoid making statement for present.
