1 Elizabeth 'Budge' Clissmann, nee Mulcahy, wife of Helmut Clissmann, representative of the Deutscher Akademischer Austauschdienst (German Academic Exchange Service) in Dublin who developed connections with the IRA in the late 1930s for the German intelligence services. Helmut and Budge Clissmann were close friends of Kerney.
