DUBLIN, 6 March 1944
Approval was given to a draft reply, proposed by the Taoiseach following discussions at previous meetings of the Government, to a note received by him from the American Minister on 21st February, 1944. The approval was subject to any verbal alterations that might subsequently be decided upon by the Taoiseach.
