Minister for External Affairs
PASSPORTS.
The memorandum from the Minister for External Affairs on the subject of the description of Irish citizens as British subjects in the Passports of Saorstát Eireann was considered.1

It was agreed that the Minister for External Affairs should instruct the High Commissioner to seek an interview with the new British Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs2 on this matter and urge upon him the considerations which affect the council.
