With reference to your Secret minute No. 16 of the 3rd instant1 concerning the precautionary measures which will be taken in Great Britain in connection with the Coronation, you may assure the Dominions Office that arrangements will be made here to ensure the exercise of special vigilance at all Saorstát Éireann ports from the middle of April.
