Press communiqué following the return of the Irish Delegation from London

Dublin, 13 March 1938

PRESS COMMUNIQUÉ

Following the return of the Irish delegation from London this morning, a meeting of the Government was held in Merrion Street at 11.30 a.m., all the members being present¹. The Taoiseach and the other Ministers who had been in London reported on the stage which has now been reached in the negotiations with representatives of the British Government. The discussion which followed lasted until 2.15 p.m. The Government will meet again tomorrow (Monday) at 11 a.m.
