Taoiseach intends sending Frank Aiken to America almost immediately in connection with arms and supplies. Taoiseach has so informed American Minister here, who has cabled State Department. Gray expects receive approval of State Department at once.
In case you are approached, you could emphasise need of our Government to send Minister of State to investigate possibilities on spot. Will keep you informed.
