With reference to your call here on the 18th instant1 and to the conversation which we then had in regard to an action which is being taken by Mr. L.H. Kerney in connection with certain articles by Professor Thomas D. Williams, I am directed by the Taoiseach to inform you that the Government do not think that the public interest requires that they should express any views on this matter.
The Royal Irish Academy's Documents on Irish Foreign Policy series has published an eBook of confidential correspondence on the 1921 Anglo-Irish Treaty negotiations.
The international network of Editors of Diplomatic Documents was founded in 1988. Delegations from different parts of the world met for the first time in London in 1989.
