The attached report from Min. Plen. Hague1 seems (to me anyway) one of the most interesting we have received from abroad for quite a while. Our MP certainly appears to obtain good ‘interviews’ from her colleagues at times instead of simply overpowering us with newspaper comments as some other Missions (e.g. Washington, Paris, Stockholm) do at times – not to mention the Missions (e.g. Bonn) which do not report at all!

The international network of Editors of Diplomatic Documents was founded in 1988. Delegations from different parts of the world met for the first time in London in 1989.
